The people are very friendly; the manager is dedicated, passionate about his work, and very talented. There's a supportive community. Location is a very important factor for me when choosing accommodation, and they are very well located. Another point I consider is price, and this one is very affordable.

I would definitely stay here again; the people are wonderful and there are always activities to get everyone together. The kitchen makes traveling much easier, I felt very safe traveling alone here, and the location is very convenient for getting around.

I loved the hostel, the staff were super helpful, the rooms were lovely, and the room was very nice. I would definitely return!

It couldn't be better located. They offer a good extra breakfast for about 8 euros which is well worth it. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Excellent hostel, clean, well-equipped, very friendly service, and a great location near the train station and the city center. I booked a four-bed room and had a wonderful time.

One of the best hostel experiences I've ever had. We stayed two nights in the 12-person dorm, which, although it shares a bathroom, is actually two separate 6-person rooms divided by a small hallway (there are no doors, but it feels like you're sleeping with 6 people, not 12). The cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms are bright and spacious. The kitchen has a dishwasher and was very well-equipped (new non-stick pans, colanders, cooking utensils, spices, oil, etc.), and there's a free supply of pasta, sauce, canned goods, and some vegetables for cooking, as well as tea and coffee. Even some breakfast items like fruit and baked goods are free. The staff was incredibly friendly; they let us leave our backpacks in the lockers before check-in and again after check-out. The location is excellent, and you can walk everywhere, plus it's close to the train station. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely return. I'm giving the rooms 4 stars because the bathroom was a bit small and didn't have windows.

This place is amazing! I met some really lovely people, there are activities every night for guests, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere has such great vibes! I stayed in a 10-person room, a women's room, and the staff leaves it spotless (though we can't expect the same from the people sharing the room). I would only suggest adding curtains over the beds like in the other hotels in the chain, and well, they were remodeling, so I hope they're working on it 🤍! Thank you for everything! Giuli is the best ✨🤩!

The location is great because it's very close to the train station, a five-minute walk. However, the area isn't very nice, and the street got a bit strange at night. The rooms are amazing, super spacious, and have enough storage for a whole suitcase. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was excellent, and the building, although an older house, is in good condition and has a welcoming feel. The receptionist who helped me both days was incredibly friendly, and they offer many free services like coffee and water refills. You can also leave your luggage for free if you arrive before check-in time. Being a small town, it's close to everything but away from the city center.

Very nice hotel! :D The breakfast is amazing, and you absolutely must try the brownies – they're incredibly delicious! :) Highly recommended.

Very central and close to the train station, very new, cheerful atmosphere, shared kitchen with everything you need. Very good!!!

My stay at the hostel was great. The reception staff, as well as those in other areas, were very friendly. The location is excellent, close to the train station and Florence's historic center. There's a supermarket nearby. They offer a lot of free food in the kitchen, which makes it easy to save on meals. Highly recommended!

Our room for three people was wonderful and had a beautiful view. Comfortable beds and great showers. The breakfast wasn't super varied, but it served its purpose. We received complimentary drinks from the hostel staff.

A lovely, large hostel. I stayed here on the first and last days of my Tuscany trip in Florence. I found the price for a bed in a dorm room a bit high, but there's a lot on offer outside the room. There's a kitchen for cooking your own meals, a nice terrace, and a themed evening every night, which makes it easy to strike up conversations with other guests. The breakfast was really good, and you get everything you need. The room was clean, and the bathroom was okay, but you can tell that everything is a bit dated. Unfortunately, I had bad luck with my roommates, who were a real snoring orchestra, and I hadn't thought to bring earplugs. I would book the hostel again, even if only for a short stay. The location is excellent, close to the city center, tram, and train station.

We had two beds in a four-bed female dorm room, number 122. It was ideal for a girls' trip on a budget. The room had two bathrooms, so we each had our own. The bathroom was cleaned daily between 11 am and 2 pm. The room was bright, clean, and could be unlocked with an app. The hostel's location was super central. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the breakfast; I'd suggest the nearby cafes. I was initially skeptical, as I'm actually past the "hostel age," but I would book it again in a heartbeat!

I'm surprised how good a hostel can be. Every day there's a different motorcycle-themed night, and you're constantly being invited to eat for free at the hostel. The staff is incredibly friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Well located, clean, organized, good space, great cleanliness, but the mattress could be better and the service too. It's very bad to realize you're treated worse than "the girls" who arrive at the place. Nothing against treating princesses like royalty, but mortals are people too and deserve the same treatment. For them, even a welcome drink to get us coffee tokens (paid separately) was already a cost. Equality, fraternity, and freedom always!

This was the second Ostello Bello I stayed at, so I was already familiar with the facilities, which are beautiful and very good. The Florence team is sensational. I won't remember everyone's name right now, but I want to thank Joana, who made me feel at home, and all the other super friendly, cheerful, and efficient professionals who solved any small problems that arose. The hostel's schedule was great, the rooms were good, the kitchen and laundry were good, and the cleaning was good. As a bonus, this Ostello Bello had trays at the entrance offering free sleep masks, earplugs, condoms, and sanitary pads. I thought that was great. I only have praise. I loved it and would stay there again.

The hostel has a great location for exploring the city. Parking is limited, so it's recommended to arrive without a car. We had a double room with a window overlooking the courtyard. A kitchen is available for self-catering, along with a nice terrace for relaxing, and the option to have breakfast on the ground floor for a small fee. Our room was clean and sparsely furnished, but it had everything we needed. The walls are very thin, so earplugs are recommended. In my opinion, the price per night was a bit high, but I can't really compare it to other places to see if it's typical for this area. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A fantastic experience! A lively hotel with incredibly friendly staff! A truly wonderful atmosphere: a place where ages, cultures, languages, etc., mingle. A real place for sharing! Added perks? Covered parking (for a fee); laundry service (7 euros for a wash and dry); and the hotel's proximity to the city center (near the Duomo). The only downsides: we were in a room near the kitchen, and the clatter of dishes woke us up at 7:30 in the morning; and regarding the room itself: the shower grout was a bit old and blackened; otherwise, it was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Hostel close to the city center, just 10 minutes from the cathedral. The place is very nice, clean, safe, and the staff is welcoming. The hostel's best features include: 24/7 access to the bar and reception, a shared kitchen area, and the option to use washing machines. The atmosphere is young and friendly.
