Nice hostel, but a bit too big for my taste. Nevertheless, my stay here was fantastic. I met some great people, participated in various activities, and the bar and rooftop terrace were truly second to none! Top!

Nice hostel as a starting point for the Camino. A two-minute walk to the cathedral. Our twin room was clean and functionally furnished. A relaxing rooftop terrace with a lounge area and great drink prices.

Excellent place for a quick night's sleep at an affordable price. Good conditions in the rooms with shared bunk beds. Personal storage space, quality bathrooms, I didn't take a shower because I didn't have a towel unfortunately. Very close to a mini market that provides the basics for eating and drinking, with a lot of choice. Excellent choice.

Good hostel, friendly staff, everything very clean and centrally located. I was able to store my bike safely in the luggage room

An unbeatable location very close to both the river and the city center, the tram, and the train. The hostel is very nice and clean, the kitchen is practical, and the lounge is very nice and comfortable. I really liked the room, and the bathroom and showers are comfortable and clean. The reception staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Hostel in a very central location, a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Room with 10 beds, but still spacious. Small bathroom, two showers and two toilets and when you took a shower the bathroom flooded. Clean facility. There is a very spacious locker under the bed, which can be opened and closed using the room key, so you don't even need a padlock. There is a plug near the bed and a fan per bed, plus a large one in the room, which was more than enough. Friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed at the hostel for three nights. I want to highlight the location, very central, close to absolutely everything. The entire reception staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed it. As for the rooms, I stayed in a 10-person dorm, but I think the bathrooms are a bit limited and somewhat poorly laid out, with only two showers and two toilets, only one of which is separate. It's quite difficult for 10 people to use them. One of my suggestions is to clean them more often, especially the bathrooms and the bedroom floors. The beds are very comfortable and the stairs aren't very high, but I think they should put up a curtain, since in a shared room, everyone comes and goes at different times, the lights come on, and it can be a bit annoying when sleeping. I'd also suggest checking the information on the website, because there are some things that don't match the information at reception. For example, the website shows the deposit is €5, while once you get there, they tell you it's €10. They don't mention that the padlock can be purchased there and isn't included, nor that there's an extra charge for storing luggage. It's not very expensive, but I think they should keep all the information up to date. Anyway, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hostel to my friends.

Pleasant dorm with quality beds. The bathrooms are simple and functional. The kitchen is spacious, and the rooftop is ideal, overlooking Porto's rooftops. Very well located for exploring the city.

Very elegant rooms for a hostel, absolutely not expensive, there is a small bar (you get a "FREE DRINK" at the beginning), everything is cat-themed, clean, friendly staff who also give you tips, you can book tours from the hostel such as a wine tour. Very central, not loud (unless there are loud guests, which we only had one night), everyone speaks perfect English, there is a shared kitchen, and the maximum length of stay is 7 days. Unfortunately, the internet was not good.

The hostel is really great. Each room has its own shower - in our room there were even 2 showers - and also its own toilet, which is rather unusual for a hostel. Everything was very clean and satisfactory. The common rooms are very nice, especially the roof terrace is something special. You can have a good and cheap breakfast for €2, so you don't lose much time in the morning. The staff speaks very good English, is very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like, however, was the €3 for the towel, but otherwise I can warmly recommend the hostel!

The hostel is well equipped and has an unbeatable location. The breakfast is acceptable and the employees are very friendly. We didn't like the atmosphere too much, it was full of conversations gringos and intrusive tone. We spent almost all the time of our stay outside.

Very good hostel, it's pretty, the staff is friendly, overall well equipped (bed fan, toilet paper, air conditioning) well located with a very nice terrace. The downsides are few and not very important, the bathroom lights are not practical for the mirrors, and the lack of some supplies in the kitchen, even if the main ones, plate, oven, microwave, saucepan, frying pan, fridge are there, the lack of knife for cooking is a shame. But very good place with a very good breakfast

Hostel with a good location, very friendly staff, 24-hour reception, free breakfast. Close to São Bento station, Torre dos Clérigos, Sé and Ponte D. Luís. There are also restaurants, McDonald's nearby and several shops, bookstores, bars, etc. The rooms had 5 bunk beds (10 beds) with curtains and lockers, bathroom with 2 toilets and 2 showers, there are mixed, male and female rooms. The main building has a terrace where you can spend time, however there is another building with only rooms and a kitchen but it is very close, about 30 seconds walk, the door is always open to the main building. Excellent quality for such low prices and the fact that it is a hostel also allows you to meet people from other countries and cultures. The hostel also offers free guided tours at certain times. 10/10 I recommend it
Emelli Kauana Rodrigues
Good facilities, complete and delicious breakfast. However, it is a bit bad to stay in the second building, as you have to go to the main building every day for breakfast and information. The bathroom could be a bit bigger. I loved the beds with curtains. The atmosphere is beautiful and modern, colorful and cozy. The price per day is fair, I recommend it and would stay again. There are no cameras, although there are warnings saying there are. Security is poor.

This is the hostel with the most accommodations I have been to. The curtains in the beds give lots of privacy. Entry into the bedroom and the spacious storage area for personal belongings is by electronic key. My dormitory with 10 beds had its own bathroom with 2 showers and 2 very modern individual toilets. Several common areas were available and the presence of an on-site snack bar was appreciated. Tattva is within walking distance of all Porto's tourist attractions and a metro and train station. I highly recommend.

Very nice, clean and comfortable shared rooms. Nice terrace, welcome with drinks, great location.

Value for money is great! Breakfast included, large common areas (with terrace), central location and bathrooms/showers in the room. Recommended!

Best hostel I have ever experienced. I stayed there a full week. Super friendly staff will show you around and take the time to remember your name. They felt like family. Very clean secure rooms. I love the privacy curtains around the beds. The €10 dinners and BBQs are fabulous. Breakfast is complete with pancakes! Great location. I also met the owners, who were interested in hearing customer feedback. They were very kind and very enthusiastic about making the hostel even better, which is amazing since it's already perfect. I can't recommend enough. Amazing!

Tattva Design Hostel is by far the best hostel I've ever visited. We got there a few hours before check-in time, but we were able to leave our bags in a luggage storage room. During check-in, the entire team was super friendly! They informed us of everything around the Hostel, which was decorated very well, giving it a fun vibe. They were also always able to recommend a good place to eat and help us with directions. As Tattva is right in the middle of the city, it is very easy to visit Porto. Also, there is a bus nearby that takes us to the beach too. The room was very clean, and each bed had a curtain so we could have privacy. Under the bed there was a personal closet. The toilets were clean too. Breakfast was also very good! They had ham, cheese, cereal, jam, nutella and a variety of breads, as well as juice and coffee. I also recommend doing the pub crawl! It was fun doing the pubcrawl with some of the other people from the hostel. We felt safe at the hostel. Our flight was super early in the morning and one of the staff made us coffee and gave us a bag of muffins to eat for breakfast. Tattva's hospitality and cleanliness made our trip unforgettable!
