It was recommended to me and it lived up to the recommendation. Excellent facilities, great location, and best of all, the staff who work in customer service are fantastic—they resolve everything and always with a smile 👏👏

The highlight of my trip to Italy so far! A very well-maintained hostel with a great social atmosphere. A special thank you to the staff and volunteers, who were always willing to help. Pure philosophy! If you're looking for guaranteed fun, this is the right place. A young, invigorating, and therapeutic hostel. Julia, Andrea, Juan, and the team will do their best to meet your needs. It's a very welcoming place. They provide healthy food for you to prepare and cook. The kitchen is fantastic! It's the best hostel I've ever seen in my 50 years of traveling the world. It's like a party. I will definitely return with my children. We did yoga on the terrace. The best view ever. They have earplugs available, which should be mandatory in all hostels in the world. No curtains on the beds, shared room. This is something I miss in any hostel without curtains to sleep on, especially if someone is sleeping below. I prefer to stay on top of the bunk bed so I don't feel watched while resting or sleeping. I think it would be better to hire staff instead of looking for volunteers, as they don't seem very happy. There was no cleaning under the beds, and when I took out the drawer to pack my bags, it was full of dust. But this didn't bother me, as I didn't have any allergic reaction. Just so you know. On a scale of 0 to 10, I'd give it a 9.5. Don't look for a psychologist, look for Ostello Hostel... ooooommmmmm... shivamyogadublin @ Instagram

This is a large and well-maintained hostel. I stayed in a 6-bed room with a bathroom. The shower is small but functional. The bathroom has a towel warmer to dry towels quickly if needed. The bed is comfortable. On the first floor, there is a large common area, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen offers free pasta, canned beans, vegetables, etc. There is a water fountain in the common area. A basic breakfast is included during the low season. The staff are professional. Overall, a very positive experience and I will consider this hostel chain for future trips.

What can I say... Was it wonderful? Exceptional? Fantastic? Unforgettable? Words simply cannot describe my stay here. I'm sad to leave this place that has become so familiar to me... Besides my visit to Palermo, a true architectural and cultural gem of the Mediterranean, I met exceptional people. This hostel is, in my eyes, the very definition of a youth hostel and much more! It's a true home away from home, where you feel comfortable and welcome. The facilities and services are simply perfect, and I say this with all sincerity (breakfast included, food and drinks available 24/7, nightly entertainment and much more). I'm returning home with a peaceful heart and a mind full of precious memories. It was simply the best vacation of my life, and the hostel was the main part of it all. I loved every detail! All the staff are wonderful, super attentive, and the hostel's activities make each day special. At the bar, I made new friends every day—including several Sicilian residents who pass through. I was treated extremely well the whole time. I celebrated my birthday at the hostel and felt truly loved! My idea was to stay only a few days and continue my trip… but I liked the energy of the place so much that I ended up staying a whole week. I definitely recommend this hostel and will certainly be back! 💛✨ Ciao amore💕

We had a simple but clean room for two. The common areas for relaxing, having breakfast, or cooking are spacious and tastefully decorated, and the pool is a welcome refreshment after a long day of sightseeing. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the fruit selection at breakfast was somewhat limited (there were only bananas). The highlight for us was the rooftop terrace. The conversion of the building (a former power station) into a hostel has been very well done in our opinion, and it's centrally located. However, be prepared for loud music if you want to sleep… If €147 per night for a double room is too expensive, you should look for a hotel room or Airbnb. Since we booked at short notice, accommodation options were limited even in October, so we were able to accept the price.

Ostello Bello Palermo is a great place for solo travelers: The hostel is modern and clean, the bar and events offer the opportunity to meet people, and the new pool is perfect for relaxing.

This is our second visit. The first time we came before a holiday weekend and checked in late, which wasn't a great experience. But Ostello Bello Palermo, with its very professional staff and excellent customer service, invited us back to enjoy the experience they offer, and it was absolutely fantastic. Terraces, a pool, a welcome drink, and a peaceful setting just steps from the city center. Thank you, highly recommended!

The coolest and best hostel I've ever stayed in, and by far the best accommodation of my entire Sicily trip. The hostel is modern but retains some classic features. It has its own pool and a bar that caters to almost every drink request, and the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a single room with a private bathroom and felt comfortable from the start. The breakfast was more than ample, providing the perfect fuel for the day. There's also a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the harbor, the sea, and Palermo. If you like, you can do yoga up there or just relax. If I ever return to Palermo, this hostel will be my number one choice!

My stay was fantastic! Great location, just ten minutes from the city center and the bus stops that take you to Palermo's beautiful beaches. As soon as you arrive, they offer a free welcome drink (water, beer, Aperol, etc.). The hostel offers everything: all kinds of free activities. Free pasta and vegetables for you to cook, coffee, water, etc. It has several really cool social spaces! A rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city and the port. A pool and a bar that offer delicious food without leaving the hostel. The staff is so friendly! Especially Maura, Irene, and Juan, who are wonderful and incredibly attentive. Thank you so much for making my days at your hostel so great. If I return to Sicily, I will definitely stay here again!

A lovely, spacious hostel with plenty of events and opportunities to socialize. The fact that they even provide basic cooking supplies makes it unique. The staff are all fantastic, especially Elide and everyone else. Best regards

The location is the worst thing about it; everything is far away. The beach and supermarket are a 25-minute walk, and the train station is a half-hour walk. Plus, the area is ugly and dirty. If you have a car, there's free parking nearby because it's like an industrial park. As a co-working hostel, it's very good. It's huge, has a kitchen with free food to cook whatever you want, a piano, pool table, ping-pong table, lounge with games area, library, terraces with a yoga area, and hammocks. It's very comfortable and clean, and the staff is very friendly, especially Juan from Seville. However, I have to say that the volunteers aren't as friendly; they only greeted or spoke to certain types of guests, treating the rest of us as if we were invisible. The shared rooms for six girls are very large, the bunk beds are spacious without curtains, and the bathroom is clean with a hairdryer. Great for a few days' rest. As a suggestion, the DJ should play music for dancing because it was very boring in the disco they set up, and the cafeteria should offer food other than just sandwiches and dry pizza. But overall, it's a very good hostel.
