This place in the city centre has always been a local favourite. It’s a real local joint, but there’ll be a mix of locals and tourists. O Eurico is another great place to enjoy some of Portugal’s finest. It’s got this unique concept that makes it stand out. A lot of people don’t see it as a proper restaurant, but it’s not a bar or a bistro either. But whatever you do, you have to try their food, which is delicious and fresh, and totally traditional Portuguese! And the best part is that you can get a meal for under 10 euros.
4. Zé dos Cornos ~ Meat & fishin Lisbon
This family restaurant is well-known amongst the locals. But in the last couple of years, it’s become pretty popular with tourists and other locals too. As well as some authentic Portuguese dishes, you can get meat dishes with amazing sides. You can get spareribs and other delicious grilled meat and fish for under 15 euros! It’s a great option for young travellers or those on a budget!
5. L-Tasca ~ Portuguese fish in Lisbon
As I said before, Portugal is known for its seafood dishes. So, you can find loads of fish restaurants in Lisbon, like L-Tasca. It’s a family restaurant that serves big portions at affordable and fair prices. Most of the dishes are under 20 euros, and the portions are pretty generous!
