New Samay Hostel

I loved it! It's a very nice place, the staff is wonderful, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the location is perfect for exploring Seville on foot or by public transport, because there's a bus stop almost right in front of the main entrance. Thank you so much for making my stay the most comfortable I've had in a long time!!! 💜💜💜

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. The rooms are spectacular, very comfortable and clean. Plus, the staff is the best, always willing to help! Especially Marcos and Federico who always gave us the warmest welcome! Highly recommended!! 🙌🙌🙌

A gem! Close to everything (Santa Justa, the bus terminal, the Giralda, the historic center, Plaza España). Clean, beautiful, everything is perfect. And of course, the staff is incredibly friendly. Oh, and they have complimentary tea and coffee, plus the common areas are super well-equipped.

Excellent hostel! All the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. I stayed in a 4-person room: super spacious and with everything you need. If everyone were tidy, the place would stay spotless. Each bed has its own curtain, lamp, and individual power outlet—a huge plus for privacy and comfort. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, comfortable, and has a shelf for your personal items. Plus, the daily cleaning is noticeable. The location is perfect, close to everything you need.

A 10 out of 10!! It's truly more than just a hostel; the moment you step inside, you feel right at home! All the staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, but Marcos deserves a special mention. He greeted me in the best way possible as soon as I arrived, being absolutely wonderful and taking the time to explain everything I would need. As for the facilities, the rooms are incredibly spacious, comfortable, and above all, spotless! Each bed has its own curtain, and mine even had a window/balcony overlooking the avenue, which was lovely and added a special touch to my entire stay. They have a spectacular terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including hot coffee waiting for you whenever you want it. It's also a huge plus that they have a vending machine with water and snacks, which is a lifesaver when you're craving something sweet but don't want to go out! Haha. When I return to Seville (what an amazing city!), I will definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend it and it's very safe for women (I stayed in a female dormitory).

The rooms are relatively spacious, but my locker was broken and didn't lock, which didn't make me feel 100% secure. The people I shared the room with weren't the best because they left their things in the bathroom, and when I went to shower, I barely had space to put my things and didn't even have anywhere to hang my towel. And there were also times when they went to shower at 2 AM. The staff should be careful to ask new guests to clear their belongings from the shared bathroom to leave space for those who arrive later. They should clean the rooms more often because the room I stayed in was quite dirty.

At Samay Hostel, I had the pleasure of staying in a female-only dormitory. The hostel was extremely clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The gentleman at reception was exceptionally friendly, and I was able to leave my luggage there without any problems until 1 p.m.

Double room with bathroom. A bit noisy, but thankfully the other guests were quiet. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location on the outskirts of Santa Cruz. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Airport bus stop a 10-minute walk away, runs every 20 minutes.

PROS: Very nice location, free breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean bathroom. CONS: Towels should be included. Despite paying, they were dirty with stains and lots of long black hairs. A definite no-go. Locker not lockable! No key! A locker that can't be locked is useless! Doors close far too loudly. You wake up suddenly every time.

Clean, good location, friendly staff. There's a kitchen for self-catering with free coffee and tea, and they also offer activities like walking tours and breakfast on weekends. The rooms aren't too small, each bed has a curtain and a power outlet, and you need a lock for the lockers. There's a lovely rooftop terrace with sunset views :) I paid €100 for a bed in a six-bed female dorm for four nights in October and thought that was excellent value for money!

The hostel staff were very welcoming, available, and helpful! The beds were comfortable and offered good privacy. Each room and bathroom was cleaned daily, which was much appreciated. The only downside was the noise from some guests in the middle of the night or early morning… but a major plus was the rooftop terrace and the ideal location in the city!

Great hostel. Spacious, clean rooms with excellent beds. I stayed in a room with 4 comfortable female beds and more privacy as each room had a curtain. Private bathroom. Great option. Wi-fi. Towels for rent. Well located. Stefano's service was very attentive at all times! The only negative point is that it's located on a busy avenue with constant noise. I recommend it!

I was initially a bit skeptical about staying in a hostel, as I wasn't familiar with this type of accommodation. However, I was pleasantly surprised. A very nice double room with a private bathroom, centrally located, with a parking garage just around the corner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but very good. The price was also convincing: €50 including breakfast for two people, and you spend more time exploring the city than in your room...
