Ostello Bello Napoli

I highly recommend it! I stayed in a female dorm with four beds, and the beds and individual space were great. The hostel's common areas are very nice and offer lots of free things (personal hygiene items in the rooms, food in the kitchen, and coffee and snacks or fruit throughout the day). I especially want to highlight the excellent service and helpfulness of the staff. The only downside was that the room didn't have a private bathroom; we shared one in the hallway, but it was very clean nonetheless. I paid for breakfast, and it was just as good as any hotel breakfast. They let you store your luggage whether you arrive before or after your reservation!

We had the best stay ever here. All the receptionists were fantastic, and we had a wonderful time. The only thing that could be improved is the bathrooms, as the showers are mixed-gender, which I found uncomfortable as a woman. But given the otherwise excellent stay, it was a minor detail. We'll be back!

Best hostel I've ever stayed in!!! The staff is wonderful, there are many activities for interaction, the bar on the third floor makes each night a great opportunity for socializing, check-in and check-out are easy, everything is very technological for entering and leaving the establishment. I stayed in a shared room which was very good and also in a private room which was wonderful, the level of a good hotel room but within a friendly and relaxed environment. I will recommend it to everyone I have the opportunity to. Congratulations.

First of all: the hostel has the best person to welcome you — Claudia! So even before talking about the place itself, she deserves to be praised in this review. I'm sure she'll make all the difference in your experience. Naples was one of the best places I stayed on this Eurotrip. And not only because the hostel met all my needs, but also because of its location: close to the metro, supermarket, places to eat, etc. The rooftop is incredible, the breakfast is delicious, I hope you get served at the bar by Antonio, a sweetheart. And, even though it wasn't my first choice, I stayed in a female dorm — everything went well, it was great! I would go back to Naples a thousand times, take a train to Sorrento and do the Amalfi Coast by motorbike again. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Naples offers you this: the chance to explore other incredible places from there. That's why I highly recommend staying at Ostello Bello Napoli!

I love this place, which started out as a B&B but I frequent it as a club! I'm honored to be one of the artists in residence here! With my project dedicated to interpretation: "Jen'sGroove," I'm often their guest! The drinks are good, great vibes, nice people, and a positive atmosphere! A truly beautiful place, both indoors and out on the terrace!

I'll start by saying that I've only been to the bar and not the hostel, I think it's a very nice place to spend an informal evening with friends. There are many foreign people and a healthy environment, every evening there is a different theme, ranging from beer pong to karaoke, to live music performances. It has a fairly large terrace where there is also a table football. It is also possible to eat some first or second courses. The average age is around 25, but it is possible to find younger or much older people. It closes at 00-00.30. Recommended.

Great hostel! Spacious rooms, sockets at each bed, a curtain in the common rooms for some privacy, very spacious drawers to store your backpack with a padlock. Comfortable and clean bathrooms, with shared hair dryers. Very nice common room, with a terrace, bar and parties in the evening. Possibility to use the washing machine and kitchen. A real surprise. I would gladly go back!

Domenico, who runs the reception, is a great host and is always smiling and available to inform and give advice. The establishment is large (on several floors and the corridors, floors and other spaces are never cramped). It is a clean place and I found it quite quiet. The events offered are nice although, ultimately, there are so many things to do in the area that we were not able to really take advantage of the program.

Great service, everyone is friendly, but without a doubt the best host was Francesco. He gave us a warm welcome, was super friendly, and speaks Spanish. He gave us tips on places to visit and where to eat. What I didn't like was that there are too many doors and so many codes to learn. The kitchen opens late, and I wanted to make a hassle to go to Pompeii, but I couldn't. The rooms are very cold, there's no heating, the shower is outside the room, and the area is actually very noisy.

Great experience, it's easy to meet people and share friendly moments. I had a very good stay, the room was comfortable, the terrace very pleasant, the activities varied. A big thank you to the staff for their good humor and their help.

Excellent hostel, ideally located near the Spanish Quarter and close to the Toledo metro station, renowned for its beauty! 24-hour reception, breakfast available in the morning, kitchen access... For those who like to party, the bar is open to the public and activities are offered daily! But being not much of a partygoer and being on the 2nd floor, I didn't even hear the noise :) Air-conditioned rooms, which is a real plus on hot days. The only downside is the lack of curtains on the beds, but nothing insurmountable with the earplugs and eye mask provided! Another little bonus is the very pleasant rooftop terrace, perfect for a drink!

A very modern and clean hostel. The location is perfect for seeing the city but also for taking day trips to the islands, Pompeii and everything else in the area. The staff is really friendly, helpful and tries to create a relaxed but also fun atmosphere. I particularly liked the common areas, especially the roof terraces. It's super easy to meet people here and have fun evenings because there's some kind of program every evening. You won't starve either thanks to the free pasta and vegetables. It was my second time in an Ostello Bello and I would come back again and again!

One of the best-run hostels I've ever stayed at. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast bar with fruits and baked goodies, very social atmosphere with a full event roster. The room layout is well thought-out, and is very separate from the louder common areas. Place is so fun that I met a few locals that go there to hang out. My only suggestion to the management - please take better care of the pool table! It's so imbalanced that it's impossible to play on. Everything else was 11/10. Thank you for a great stay!

My plan was to stay 4 days, but I stayed 12. It was a great experience. I loved the hostel. The staff is amazing and made me feel at home. The reception staff: Francesco, Rafael, Chiara, Federica, were all very professional and friendly. Fabrizio was also very kind and proactive. I would definitely stay there again. The hostel is big and the common areas are the best. Whether it's for working, eating or making friends with other guests. The rooftop is also amazing. The bars and the bar staff are excellent (both the inside and the rooftop). Carlo and Allan are very friendly and the drinks are great. I've been converted to the word Aperol Spritz (this sentence won't make sense if you don't read it in Portuguese, haha, but that's okay). The structure is a little inferior to the Ostello Bello in Rome, Milan and Florence. It's the only one that doesn't have soundproof doors. On my first night, I stayed in a room on the third floor and the noise was very loud (until midnight +-). The other Ostellos Bellos also had events/parties, but since the structure is better, you can't hear anything. This is the only point of improvement.

I'm from Berlin and stayed at the Ostello Bello Napoli for four days. I had a fantastic time. The hostel is super centrally located, very clean, has a good breakfast, and very friendly staff. I was certainly lucky that it wasn't very busy during the Christmas season. But I think you can still get some sleep in the summer. And if you're looking for action in the evenings, the hostel almost always offers great evening events. I also want to mention the fantastic rooftop terrace. All of this prompted me to give it 5 stars. Best wishes from Berlin.

Friendly staff, you can feel the enthusiasm for creating a friendly atmosphere. Free food and a kitchen are available. Spacious and clean room. Point for improvement: the kitchen is often dirty because of other people, which is a shame. I slept near the window and the traffic could be hard to bear. Breakfast too simple.

The room and bathroom were always clean! A little more privacy at the beds would have been nice, but that's a very high-level comment. The roof terraces, bar, and staff are great! An elderly gentleman and a friendly lady at reception were always there to help and made you feel at ease.

Great hostel! In addition to the great atmosphere in the common areas and at the rooftop bar, the staff are always very helpful and friendly! The storage and lockers are suitable even for large backpacks. The only downside: the beds are very rickety and noisy, and the padding is very thin, as is the case in many hostels! There's no privacy, etc. Despite the air conditioning, it was incredibly warm in our room!
