Hostel ROOM

So far, so good. We're here as a 10th-grade class on a school trip. Regarding the rooms: There are rooms like the "Clock Tower," which are truly beautiful, with two enormous windows, a refrigerator, a record player, a bathroom (sink, shower), beds spread over two levels, and a balcony. The range extends to rooms like "Architekture," which are considerably more minimalist in comparison (furnishings would be four metal stools and a small wooden nightstand, plus two bunk beds made of metal bars with wooden elements). On average, these would be 3-star rooms. The location is fantastic. You can get anywhere in up to 20 minutes (e.g., the Markthal).

I stayed two nights in the private studio with my teenagers. The room is beautiful, very well laid out, and clean. The kitchenette includes: a refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, bowls, plates, glasses, cups, kitchen towel, sponge, dish soap, hand soap, and a trash bag. The shower area with toilet includes: toilet paper, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, shower gel, cotton swabs, and makeup remover pads. The terrace is very cute. There is air conditioning. It's quite quiet up there, but there's no elevator. The hotel is well located, and the staff is very welcoming. There are lockers for rent in the basement to store your luggage on your last few days: €4/day.

It's the best hostel I've stayed in on my trip, and honestly, the food is cheap and tasty, everything is inexpensive, and the rooms are comfortable and private.

A very pleasant stay. The young people who run Hostel Room are very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I enjoyed sharing a room with women from other cultures and lifestyles. There was respect among us, especially when some came back late. I found it very comforting to be able to cook for myself when I needed something other than a sandwich or restaurant food. A friendly place, full of options. If you come during music festivals, there might be some disturbances, but the staff keeps a watchful eye. Delighted, I thank the whole team.

Hello, Four of us arrived at this hostel on 12/29/24 and left on 01/02/25. Everything went really well, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, there is a very good organization, plus the rates for sleeping there are more than affordable. I recommend 😃

The hostel was very clean in general. The staff was always cleaning and very friendly. The lounge was very nice. The only thing was that my bed creaked a little. I would definitely return and recommend it.

You find a cheap shared room, you arrive, and you start to notice that this place is not like the others. Super happy with everything!! The treatment of the employees, the cleanliness, the room itself..., without a doubt when I arrived here I felt at home, I would definitely prefer to stay here than anywhere else!!!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Quiet, the staff is super nice and friendly, the facilities are clean and comfortable, the location is great, and the atmosphere is great at night. I enjoyed a movie night, some Euro Cup matches, and even a rehearsal for a super talented musical duo. Rotterdam and ROOM are a gem worth a visit; don't hesitate to visit them.

Very nice hostel in a good location. I was particularly impressed by the young, always cheerful staff. Very clean and a lot of effort was made to make the guests feel comfortable. A small deduction for the breakfast, as there was hardly any cold cuts and there were no cupboards in the rooms. Otherwise, however, a really great atmosphere and there are daily activities and small events. The karaoke evening was definitely a highlight.

It's a great place to stay; they treat you very well, and the staff is young and friendly, so you're sure to connect with the people and the atmosphere. Only two things didn't go well: the men's restrooms are upstairs, and the electricity wasn't working. A cleaning lady came into the room and wasn't very friendly; she rudely told me I should have left since I had paid for a late checkout. It felt like she was trying to kick me out. Other than that, it's a great place.

Clean and very nice rooms, quiet but convenient location near various nightlife spots, served by tram in front of the hostel and metro less than 10 minutes walk away. Nice atmosphere in the bar lobby and kind and smiling staff. The only thing I didn't like was the 5 euros per person for a late check out of only 1 hour. No one ever charged me for even 1 hour more. Apart from this detail, everything was ok.

What can I say? Everything is very easy and friendly, in perfect EU Hostels style 😃 Whether you're young by age or in spirit, it's the easiest way to stay in European cities while spending little money for quality and spontaneity. Anyone who doesn't try it is a mummy's boy 😜

Highly recommended, it has everything you need. The guys are very attentive to detail and engaging in their activities. They deserve 5 stars for the value for money.

Relaxed atmosphere, themed rooms, and a great location. They serve a good breakfast and are very helpful.
