Payments - Lisbon city tax is not included and will be requested to be paid during check-in (4eur/night/person to guests aged 13 and older, to a max. of 7 nights). - Standard reservations are due to be paid in full up to 48 hours before arrival day (local time). In case it is not paid up to 48 hours before arrival, it will be charged to your credit card in order to secure the reservation. In case of missing payment of the total value up to 48 hours before arrival or failing to charge on your credit card, the reservation will be cancelled. - Non-refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged immediately after the reservation is made. In case of missing payment of the total value, or failing to charge on your credit card, the reservation will be cancelled. - Destination Hostels reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Our building facilities include a stunning rooftop terrace where you can catch the best sunsets in Lisbon while sipping cocktails at our in-house Hokapia bar. The best way to start your day in Lisbon is from our hostel rooftop swimming pool. If you want to relax after a long day you can freely enjoy our chill zone – lounge with TV and Netflix. However, if you have a busy work schedule, you are also more than welcome to work at our hostel co-working space.

Excellent location, literally above the metro station, greatly facilitating mobility in the city. There's also a market inside the metro, although the water fountains are slightly further away. There's always someone at the entrance in case something happens, but since they are volunteers, their preparedness may vary.

Perfect location with metro and bus right outside. The kindness of the reception staff is impeccable. Rubem is funny and extremely helpful. Fred, Rodrigo, and Pedro the little lion are also above average. I FOUND MY PLACE in Lisbon and I gladly recommend it. Only praise for the overall cleanliness, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is super well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. I felt at home and safe. Oh, I could just keep praising it. Hahaha. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

What I liked about the hostel is that it's located right next to the train/metro station; you walk through the corridor and it's right above the station. The room was away from reception, so it was very quiet. It was a shame the pool was closed when we went.

My friend and I stayed for four nights in a shared room for four people. The service was incredibly friendly, and they gave us great recommendations for places to go out. The terrace is worth visiting, and they have events every evening. The only suggestion would be to make the rooms a bit more practical by adding more hooks to the walls. Otherwise, I would recommend it 100%!

Getting into bed was a bit tricky, considering it's a mini climbing route... let's just say that for people who stay in hostels (usually party people or come home tired anyway), having to climb to get to bed isn't ideal, especially since it's a pain in the ass. Overall, the bathroom was clean, the beds smelled good, and the staff was friendly, so in the end, aside from the climb to get to bed, it was all good.
