Capsule Hotel Zurich Airport

You can't get any closer to the airport. Just cross the street and you're at check-in/security. The price is fair and the beds are clean. Even the bathroom was practically spotless at 12:30 in the morning (not exactly standard for capsule hotels). Grace greeted me at reception, and her name says it all. A truly angelic soul, she was the epitome of friendliness even at midnight (and she was friendly to other guests too, who had all sorts of requests or, unfortunately, some of whom were rather disrespectful to the hotel staff). Hats off to her patience and competence!

Perfect for early morning flights or stopovers. Superbly located, it's outside the airport building but right across from Swiss Check-In 1, just 25 meters away. The bathroom is lovely and fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable as well.

I stayed at the capsule hotel for a one-day business trip and it was very good. The capsules are comfortable and offer enough space for an overnight stay. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The gates are a short 15-minute walk away and easy to reach. Thank you for the relaxing experience.

Perfect location. Right at the airport; if you can't find it, it's just a half block across the street from the check-in area. The common areas are very clean and stylish, the bed is great, I didn't hear any noise, it was clean and comfortable (this is the weakest point, but it's still quite good). The showers were clean, although the water switched from cold to hot and vice versa every few seconds, which was a bit annoying. The coffee menu is a bit pricey, but hey, it's Switzerland, so it's not their fault. Overall, it's a hotel I recommend if you're passing through for a night or at most two.

The location is perfect; it takes less than a minute to get to the departures building. Very clean, modern, and quiet. There were complimentary earplugs on the bed (I didn't need them). Check-in was very convenient, either from your mobile phone or at the self-service kiosks in the hotel (and there's always very friendly staff available 24/7 to help). If I needed to stay here again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

The perfect capsule for an overnight stay. The staff is wonderful, especially Joana, who is incredibly kind and speaks Spanish and many other languages. The capsule has a mini gym, showers, and a relaxation area. Everything is perfect and ideal for layovers and long waits for flights. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful experience, especially thanks to the service provided by your employee Stephania, who treated me wonderfully well, with unparalleled politeness and impeccable service that certainly made my experience even better. I was very happy to meet her. It makes a huge difference for a Brazilian to have someone who speaks our language, especially in a completely different country, and on top of that, with the treatment she gave!! Incredible!!

The place is perfect if you have a long layover at Zurich airport and fancy a few hours of rest. We didn't end up using the rooms, but they have a restaurant area, a café, and a Wi-Fi zone where you can grab a drink. The music is fantastic, and the atmosphere reminded me of hostels in Europe. The decor is lovely. They also have a luggage storage service, which I booked in advance through an app. It's a 5-minute walk from Zurich airport. I got a little confused getting there because the GPS was acting up, but nothing a little asking couldn't fix, as always. I almost wanted to stay there! 😂

I just stayed here, and while I'm waiting for my flight, I'd like to take this opportunity to say some well-deserved kind words. The welcome was completely courteous and friendly. The capsule, although for single occupancy, was very spacious and would have been fine for two adults. It was warm, comfortable, and equipped with every comfort, practically exceptional. It's not right next to the airport, but right inside, perfect for those who need to stop at Zurich Airport. I recommend it for anyone who needs to rest; it's definitely worth it.

Staying at the capsule hotel was a great experience. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were great, with bath towels, floor towels, shampoo, a hairdryer, and even skincare products. And I also had the pleasure of being helped by the lady at reception, who was a lovely person!

Extremely functional. I had to spend the night at the airport to catch a morning flight, so I decided to stay overnight to get some rest. 24-hour reception, good luggage storage, good bathroom, comfortable bed. I would only be cautious if the person is claustrophobic, in which case it might be difficult to relax, but the capsule is larger than it appears in the photos. I recommend it, especially if you plan to spend the night or have a long layover at Zurich airport.
