Ostello Bello Lake Como

Very good hostel. I especially appreciated the free coffee and fruit, the comfortable kitchen and common room, and the great atmosphere. The location is also fantastic, close to the lake and next to a 24-hour supermarket. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy and has a more youthful vibe. But overall, everything was perfect.

I absolutely loved it! This hostel is really great, the prices are very low for Como, lots of services included, all the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, and there are so many activities that I made some international friends! Excellent hostel. It may seem simple, but it's very good. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Free internet and you even get a welcome drink, I chose the Aperol. The bed is good, the linens are very clean, the only thing is that you need to make the bed with the sheets, but you can do it in 2 minutes. It's even nice to see that everything is really clean. The room I stayed in had a bathroom, the location is perfect, there's a brand new Carrefour supermarket (they are finishing the construction) next to the hostel. The kitchen is good and has food that you can eat for free! One of the best value-for-money options in Lombardy.

As a negative point, I can say that my room was next to the kitchen and until after 2 am there were people talking and laughing. But I complained and the receptionist resolved it immediately. Thank you! I will return.

Excellent experience. I stayed 4 nights and the facilities were clean, tidy, well-signposted, and had a great atmosphere. Very peaceful, and my roommates were very respectful and friendly. I slept very warm, and best of all, it's close to the lake and very safe. 100% recommended.

Ideally located (10-minute walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes from the ferry). The all-female dorm is great, with large lockers that easily accommodate a carry-on suitcase and other belongings (remember to bring a padlock though). Access to the room is simple with a keypad lock. The staff is very friendly. The hostel is quite quiet.

A warm, vintage-style interior and a terrace overlooking San Giulio Island make this inn a true gem. Guests feel like part of a large family, and the staff brings a special warmth to every day. Hiking trails above the lake lead to magnificent viewpoints, after which you return to the peace and beauty of the lakeshore.

A fantastic hostel, it has everything: the welcome, the activities, the atmosphere, the quality of the rooms. A great stay, go for it!

Great hostel for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for our family of four. Don't expect too much from the breakfast – it was small but good. It was fine for us as a stopover.

The cocktails were seriously potent 🔥 We were also rescued from a tight spot when the bar staff opened our bottle of wine with a cork. What a great place! No idea what the rooms are like, we didn't sleep there haha. The toilets are absolutely disgusting though, better to go in the park ;)

I can recommend this hostel to anyone vacationing in Como. The staff is incredibly friendly, there are cool events for meeting people, and it's close to the lake. Even though it seems relatively expensive for a hostel, I think the free food justifies it.

I loved my stay at the Ostello Bello in Como. Lucia and Joana were always super friendly and helpful, which makes them excellent professionals. The bar service also works very well. I want to go back!

The best hostel I've ever stayed in. The service and attention from the staff were impeccable. The rooms and bathrooms were large, clean, and had everything we needed. Joana at reception was very kind (but I include all the other staff!!), she explained everything to us and made sure we had everything we needed. The hostel has daily activities, and Alaa gave us a workshop where we made pizzas, which was super fun and engaging. Thank you so much for everything. I'll be back.

Thanks to Lucia, Jo, and Alex for the service and help at all times! I would come back a thousand times because it's very well located and the rooms are spacious. It has three floors and no elevator, so guests with reduced mobility can enjoy it. They also have many activities and recommendations for various things to do. Thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect!!! Starting with Alex's attention, he explained everything to us, including places to visit and how to get there. He was truly kind and helpful. The facilities were impeccable, comfortable, and had everything you need for an incredible stay. The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to get around. A quality and peaceful stay with plenty of fun. Great for meeting people and getting a good rest at the same time. My room was very quiet. Bathroom and kitchen had everything you need. I recommend it!

What can you say about a place where everything is possible? Breakfast is like lunch. Plus, there's fruit, biscuits, coffee, and tea all day long. The kitchen and living room are like your own home. There are 1,000 people working there. The room is very organized, with space for studying, and the bathroom is great. And the price for us students is fantastic.

Very nice hostel, super lively, breakfast included and it has a kitchen with various ingredients available for you to cook whenever you want. There's a bar downstairs from the hostel, with bands, etc. Very fair price. 100% staff and the receptionists are very friendly! I recommend it and would definitely return!
