Latroupe La Granja Hostel

My thanks to LATROUPE LA GRANJA for providing me with such an incredible night! Even thousands of kilometers away from home, I felt at home again. Thank you so much 🙌🏽👏🏼 Special mention to that caipirinha that made me feel Brazilian again. 10/10.

A wonderful place with incredibly friendly people. The breakfast was varied and delicious. From there you can book a free walking tour of Bilbao, which was fantastic. Our guide, Gilen, was amazing.

My stay was excellent. The hotel is very well located, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The room was comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. The breakfast was varied and of very good quality. I would definitely return and I recommend it.

Great for people who want to get into the city quickly, with metro and tram connections right outside. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. I had a bed in a four-bed room and made some very nice acquaintances. Bring a lock for the bed drawers to store.

Excellent hostel with incredible quality. The location is unbeatable, the room was fantastic, very spacious, well soundproofed, and very comfortable for the four of us—beautiful. Check-in was very easy, and they gave us our room early. The breakfast buffet was excellent, high quality, plentiful, and very varied, presented beautifully in a lovely room on the top floor. One of the best hotels we've stayed in, and the service from all the staff is outstanding!

Excellent experience in Bilbao. The hostel is well located, has great staff, they are well trained and know how to give information. For 8 euros you can have breakfast at the hostel, which by the way is good. I saw families staying at the hostel. I would stay again.

Well-run hostel. Very central. Ideal for exploring the city without using public transportation. Very comfortable beds.

The hostel is very clean, central, and comfortable. The receptionist is polite, and there's an elevator (*(but not wheelchair access or access for people with reduced mobility; there are stairs but two entrances) *Clean rooms with bathrooms that have soap and shampoo, comfortable curtains on the beds. *The location is perfect, opposite the Abando train station, next to El Corte Inglés, close to the museum, and the old town. *It has a bar, air conditioning, breakfast, and you can leave luggage for free. *I would recommend it to everyone...but of course, it's not as cheap as other hostels.

Excellent location. The room (shared bedroom) was clean and inviting. A bed with a curtain is highly recommended, as it enhances the feeling of having your own private space. In my room, four out of five beds were like this (bunk beds with their own curtains, lights, power outlets, and storage). The fifth bed stood alone and seemed a bit lost in the room – I wouldn't have liked that one as much. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the reception is staffed 24 hours a day – very unusual for a hostel, in a good way. A highly recommended hostel. Excellent location. The fifth era of independence and residence has a long life in the living space - this is my hubiera gustado menos. The staff is very friendly and serviceable and the reception takes place within 24 hours of the day - they are always in use for an albergue and have a positive attitude. Incredible hotel, inexpensive, well located, with staff who are always smiling and accommodating, offering activities every day and guided walks, I have never been so well received, you can see that the staff want to help and do their best

Really nice hostel centrally located between the old town and the Guggenheim. Special shout out to the cleaning staff: great job! One remark... we asked for a drink at 23:01 and the bar had closed at 23:00. We saw on another day that other people still got a drink after 23:00. And it was not on a night with an activity. So not every customer is treated the same way.

Great location for a youth hostel. The room was clean, however, the toilet and shower cubicles weren't completely opaque. And the toilet flushed all night.

Best hostel I’ve stayed at so far. Staff were really friendly and super accomodating. Rooms were spacious, beds are really comfy and have privacy curtains. The showers were insanely good and the 2 rooms I stayed were absolutely spotless. I’ve been solo travelling for 3 months and no other hostel compares to this one

Fantastic hostel, rooms were spacious for a hostel (4-bedroom) and very clean. The location is unbeatable as it is in the absolute very heart of the city. The staff was also very warm and helpful. They also offer some activities within the hostel. We were lucky enough to see a very good musical performance

If you're looking for accommodation right in the city center, this is the perfect place. Ideal for excursions and sightseeing. The rooms are simple but functional (no TV or hairdryer). Everything is clean. Breakfast is basic, but there's plenty of everything. We were even given our breakfast packed up for our departure day. The staff at reception and during breakfast are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

A really lovely hostel. Both staff members were very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived at the bar at 4 a.m., I was greeted with a smile and even offered a free coffee. I will definitely come back here. Everything is clean, and the bar's decor is comfortable and stylish. The location is excellent.

The location is excellent. 5 minutes walk from the old town. 100 meters from the metro, tram and buses. Excellent soundproofing of the hostel and on the back street, multiple restaurants and bar with excellent pintxos. The hostel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Clean and organized, we felt very comfortable during our stay in the 4-girls room. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Great location, very close to everything. There's 24-hour food service and a lively café/bar downstairs. The nearby parking was a lifesaver. We checked in at 11 pm without any problems. Towels cost €1. There's a breakfast option for €6, but there are so many restaurants nearby that we didn't find it necessary.

Hotel/hostel right in the city center with a basic, yet very clean room. Large bathroom and incredibly large shower. Nice reception, with ample parking, and a bar open to non-residents. Good breakfast (for a fee) served in a lovely room. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money for the friendliness, cleanliness, and location.
