Starting off strong with a hidden gem that’s still relatively unknown. Nothing beats freshly made pasta and this place will definitely put your dry spaghetti and store-bought sauce to shame (hate to break it to you). It’s not the cheapest spot around, but even the Italians approve of this place, which says a lot! You’re truly in for a treat: and the best part is that guests from the Purple Nest Hostel get a 10% discount.
You can always choose your favorite pasta shape to personalize your meal. As soon as you enter this café, you’re greeted by one of the biggest pastry selections ever. Although everything is delicious, I’d go for the cookies. The centre is still soft! It’s also a great Cheap Eats spot to grab a coffee — the perfect pick-me-up after a morning spent exploring Valencia.
Cheap Eats Pinchos at Lizarran Valencia

They always have some kind of promotion worth checking out. In addition to all the naturally vegan pinchos, they also offer a vegan burger. Considering it’s located right in the city center, this place is surprisingly affordable.
