1. El Local – International Dishes

Located in the heart of the town of Ibiza, El Local does a good job impressing with its authenticity. There, you can discover various blends of traditional Mediterranean dishes with American ideas. The restaurant is located in an ancient local farm house, which adds to the experience. Enjoy your food in this nice and modern restaurant!. Prices range from about 4-25€ per dish. For example, you can try Venetian Meatballs (made with beef and with tartar sauce) for 14€. A huge Pizza Caprese (burratina, avocado and Modena sauce with honey) would cost you 16€. You can’t shoot wrong with delicious Sous vide burger, with their secret sauce, for 16,50€. Head straight there if more exotic food is what appeals to you!
2. Kaixo Ibiza! – Basque Country dishes

A taste of the Basque Country in the center of Ibizat! Warm atmosphere, authentic food, and friendly staff – that’s what is waiting for you! Prices there range from 9€ to 20€, a classic meal of croquetas is just 9€, a meat and eggs combo is priced at only 9,50€ and a typical plate of patatas bravas would cost you 9:50€. Humus is always a good idea, priced at 10,50€. You absolutely can’t go wrong with chicken wings! The restaurant offers them caramelised at 12,50€. For something more exotic, you can try black rice with squid for 15,50€!
3. Junglebowls – Poke Bowls & Sandwitches

One of the most unique Pokebowl shops among locals as well as travellers. Fresh vegetables and meat, generous portions, and even huge bowl options – this is the recipe for these outstanding pokebowls. They even have small sandwiches. Prices for a bowl start at 15€ and you can choose from a selection or make your own. The buns and sandwiches are the best deals. Pulled pork is at 5.50€, while salmon or chicken at 6€. 4. Tierra de Ibiza – Traditional Dishes

The best place in Ibiza to try the local cuisine! You can choose from different types of dishes, or try a full menu (two dishes + dessert) for 16,95€. A salad made with local ingredients starts at 9,95€. If you are looking for a shared meal, the restaurant offers some classic Spanish croquetas selection as well – prices starting at 14€ for 10 croquetas with ham (Ibérico) or 12 homemade croquetas. For the same price you can try a typical meal from Ibiza: an egg casserole with sobrassada and botifarra sausage.
5. Can Jesper – Mediterranean Dishes
Location: Carrer Pere Escanellas, 3, 07800 Ibiza
Opening hours: Mon to Sun 14:00 – 02:00
Situated next to the sea in Ibiza, Can Jesper is a cozy local restaurant. Its relaxed vibe is perfect for morning coffee, sunny days on the terrace, or a lovely dinner. Try their wraps at a price of 7,50€ and their sandwiches (meat or fish options) priced at 12:50€! These are not your average sandwiches, but are huge baguette portions as they do in Spain! Patatas bravas is a classic dish that is a must try, priced at 6,50€! For a real dish of the sea, you can get a dish of octopus with garlic and aubergine for 12€. Oh, and the desserts! Enjoy an Indonesian Spekkoek (spiced cake and pistacho ice cream) for 8:50€
